Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your purchase and use of Vyster software, your account, and your wallet balance. By creating an account, adding balance, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Wallet balance & payments

Vyster processes purchases through an internal wallet balance. You top up balance first, then spend it at checkout.

Top-ups may require review before they become available. Pending top-ups are not treated as available balance until approved.

Orders are processed only when sufficient balance is available. Chargebacks, disputed payments, or fraud flags may lead to order hold, cancellation, or account suspension.

3. License & access

A purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the software for the duration of your subscription. Licenses are bound to your device; sharing, reselling, or redistributing keys or builds is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

We may update, change, or temporarily interrupt the software, including to keep it working after game updates, without notice.

4. Refunds

Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are final once a key has been issued or used, except where required by law. If something isn't working, contact support first. We aim to resolve valid issues promptly, which may include a fix, replacement, or credit at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use the software and for complying with the rules of any third-party game or service. Vyster is provided as-is, without warranty, and we are not liable for account actions taken against you by third parties.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. For questions, refund reviews, or payment concerns, contact our official support channels before opening an external dispute.
